The Church in Ginatilan, Cebu, Philippines

During this cold winter time in Europe, I am always reminded by the warm and friendly weather of my home country,  Philippines.  That is simply the best place to be in this cold snow time.

My last vacation in "Pinas", this is how we call Philippines for shortt, was in 2009-2010. I am hoping to visit it again. Everytime I go home, I always visit Ginatilan, a  coastal town  and  municipality in the province of Cebu.

One of its sights is the St. Gregory The Great Parish. This church was built in February 2, 1829 and has a baroque architecture. The church is located in the heart of the town of Ginatilan.
